The Mississippi strain grows plenty of wonderful large shrooms, stuffed in with many more compact kinds. It’s a prolific sporulator, so Be sure to harvest prior to the gills are fully opened up, or you’re about to blanket the smaller mushrooms in the thick layer of deep black spores.
